1. About this form
1.1 Purpose
This is the model cancellation form referenced by Schedule 3, Part B of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ("Consumer Contracts Regulations"). It is provided to you so that you can exercise your statutory right to cancel certain contracts with Circlworld during the 14-day cooling-off period without giving any reason.
1.2 Your statutory cooling-off right
If you are a consumer (a natural person acting outside the course of a business, craft or profession) entering into a distance contract with Circlworld for a paid subscription tier or for the purchase of a one-time digital service (an audited record, a credit pack, or another Storefront SKU), you have the right to cancel that contract within 14 days of:
- the day the contract is concluded (for service contracts that have not yet begun);
- the day you receive confirmation that delivery of the digital content will begin, where you have agreed to that delivery and acknowledged that doing so cancels the right to withdraw.
For ongoing subscription contracts, you may cancel within the 14-day cooling-off window without giving any reason and receive a full refund of any subscription fees paid for the period after cancellation.
1.3 What cancellation does not cover
The statutory cooling-off right does not entitle you to a refund of services already provided where you expressly requested delivery during the cooling-off period and acknowledged that doing so terminates the right of cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations regulation 36(2)(b). Examples of services that may already have been substantively delivered include:
- AI credit packs that have been consumed;
- Verified records (Credibility Reports, Trust Passports, Member Activity Records) that have been generated and delivered;
- Storefront purchases that have shipped or been fulfilled.
Where you have used part of a paid subscription, Circlworld may deduct a proportionate amount for the use you have made of the service up to the moment of cancellation.
1.4 How to use this form
You are not obliged to use this exact form to cancel — any clear statement that you wish to cancel the contract, sent within the 14-day cooling-off window to one of the addresses below, is sufficient. The form is provided as a convenience and as evidence of the date your cancellation request was sent. The cancellation takes effect from the date you send the cancellation notice, not the date Circlworld receives it.

3.1 Channels
Send your completed form (or any clear cancellation statement) by one of:
- Email: support@circlworld.com — fastest, time-stamped automatically
- In-app: Help Office → "I want to cancel a contract" — routes the request to the Operations Office with your Member ID attached
- Post: Circlworld, Operations Office, [registered office address]
If you send by post, we recommend obtaining proof of postage so you have evidence of the date your cancellation was sent.
3.2 What happens next
We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request within 2 business days. Where the cancellation entitles you to a refund, we will issue that refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
3.3 Disputes about cancellation entitlement
If we believe your cancellation falls outside the statutory scope (for example, because a service was substantively delivered at your express request during the cooling-off period), we will write to you explaining our position. You retain the right to challenge that position through the Dispute Settlement Centre, through the financial ombudsman service in your jurisdiction where applicable, or through a court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this Schedule limits or excludes your statutory rights.
4. Statutory references
This Schedule reproduces, in substance, the model cancellation form in Schedule 3, Part B of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134) as in force on the effective date above. Where these Regulations are amended, the most recent statutory model form prevails over the form text in section 2 above. Circlworld will update this Schedule to reflect any material amendment within a reasonable time.
