Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Circlworld platform, including all services, features, content, and applications offered by Circlworld Technology Limited ("Circlworld", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating a Circlworld account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Definitions

• "Circle" means a rotating savings and credit association formed by a group of members for the purpose of pooled periodic contributions and rotational distribution, coordinated through the Circlworld platform.
• "Circlworld" means Circlworld Technology Limited and the protocol, software, infrastructure, and services it operates.
• "Member" means any natural person who has created a Circlworld account and completed at least Level 0 identity verification.
• "Treasurer" means the member designated to administer a circle, including receiving contributions and disbursing payouts.

3. Non-Custodial Principle

Circlworld does not custody, hold, move, or control member funds at any point. Circlworld provides coordination infrastructure — governance tools, identity verification, trust scoring, dispute resolution, and audit trails. All fund movements occur directly between members.

4. Your Account

4.1 Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4.2 Identity Verification

Circlworld uses third-party identity verification providers to verify your identity. Different verification levels unlock different platform capabilities as described in our documentation.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Enable two-factor authentication for enhanced security.

5. Circles and Participation

5.1 Creating a Circle

Any member who meets the treasurer eligibility requirements may create a circle. The treasurer acknowledges fiduciary responsibilities to the circle's members.

5.2 Joining a Circle

Before joining a circle, you will be informed of the circle's custody model and the treasurer's performance record. You must acknowledge these before participating.

5.3 Contributions and Payouts

Contributions are made directly to the treasurer. Payouts are disbursed directly by the treasurer to the recipient member. Circlworld records these events but does not process the funds.
